Detached sales increased 5% from September, to 1,080, and were up 61% vs October 2019. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 37%, as the board area’s condo market remained in seller’s market territory. The benchmark price in October was $1.05M, up 1.4% month-over-month and 10% higher year-over-year. The average sold price in October was $1.17M, 0.6% higher month-over-month and 16% higher year-over-year.
