Townhome sales, at 22, were 12% lower than last month but 10% above October 2019. The sales-to-listings ratio rose to 42% in October, as Burnaby North’s townhome segment remained in a seller’s market. The benchmark price in October was up 2% month-over-month, to $746,400, and was 3% above October 2019. The average sold price was $782,107 in October, (increasing 9% vs September) while the average PSF sales price was $589 (increasing 23%).
