Detached sales increased by 2% month-over-month, to 41, and rose by 37% year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 24%, as Burnaby South’s detached market reflected seller’s market conditions. The benchmark price in October was $1.56M, 0.9% below the previous month but a 6% increase vs last year. The average sold price for detached homes was $1.78M, 5% higher month-over-month and 10% higher year-over-year.
