The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 23% in October, as Burnaby South’s condo segment remained a seller’s market. The condo benchmark price in October was $661,000, up 0.2% from September and 2% higher vs October 2019. The average sold price was $596,330 with an average PSF sales price of $728 (down 8% and 4%, respectively, vs September).
