At 97, the number of townhome listings in North Vancouver was down 25% vs last month and 15% below October 2019. The 57 townhome sales in October were up 36% from September and 50% above October 2019. The sales-to-listings ratio rose to 59%, as North Vancouver’s townhome market remained favourable to sellers. October’s benchmark price was $1.03M, increasing 1.7% from September and 10% above October of last year. The average sold price was $1.08M (2% below September) while the average PSF sales price was $698 (a 7% increase from September).
