The number of condo listings in North Vancouver decreased to 425 in October, 13% lower month- over-month but 33% above October 2019. Condo sales were 1.4% higher month-over-month, at 142, and increased 15% year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 33%, as the condo market for North Vancouver remained in seller’s market territory. The condo benchmark price, at $588,900, was 0.4% higher month-over-month and 6% higher year-over-year. The average sold price of $720,646 was up 3% vs September, while at $799, the average PSF sales price was 0.5% higher month-over-month.
