At 28, the number of townhome listings in Squamish were 24% lower month-over-month and 26% lower year-over-year. Townhome sales, at 29, were up 26% month-over- month and 93% higher year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 104% in October as Squamish’s townhome market remained in seller’s market territory. The benchmark price in October was $758,500, unchanged vs last month and 7% higher than last year. The average sold price was $729,462, while the average PSF sales price was $517 (up 3% and 4%, respectively, from last month).
