The sales-to-listings ratio for townhome product in Surrey rose to 49% in October, reflecting seller’s market conditions. The benchmark price in October was $592,300, 0.1% higher month-over-month and 5% above October of last year. The average sold price was $640,436 (2% above September), while the average PSF sales price was $393 (0.5% below September).
