The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 28%, reflect- ing seller’s market conditions in Surrey. October’s condo benchmark price of $400,700 was 0.3% below September but 4% higher vs October 2019. The average sold price was $411,540 at an average PSF sales price of $513 (down 0.1% and 1.5%, respectively, from September).
