Condo listings in Vancouver East decreased 1.8% month-over-month (to 610) while October’s listings were up 37% year-over-year. Condo sales decreased 11% from September (to 175) but were up 8% vs last year. The sales-to-listings ratio decreased to 29%, as Vancouver East’s condo segment remained in sell- er’s market territory. October’s condo benchmark price was $588,400, 1.4% lower month-over-month but 4% above this time last year. The average sold price was $633,483, a 6% decrease from last month, with an average PSF sales price of $836, 3% below last month.
