The sales-to-listings ratio in October increased to 19% as Vancouver West’s detached segment remained in balanced market territory. At $3.12M, the benchmark price for detached homes was 1.1% above September and 6% higher vs October 2019. The average sold price of $3.43M was 8% below September but 3% higher vs October 2019.
