At 234, the number of townhome listings in Vancouver West was 9% lower month-over-month and year-over-year. Townhome sales, at 55, were up by 10% vs September and 8% above last October. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 24% in October as Vancouver West’s townhome market transitioned to seller’s market territory. The benchmark price in October was $1.16M, 0.5% below last month but 4% higher than last year. The average sold price was $1.26M, while the aver- age PSF sales price was $929 (decreasing 8% and 5%, respectively, from last month).
