Month-over-month, condo sales decreased by 3% in October (to 365), while year-over-year sales were unchanged. Unchanged at 19%, the sales-to-listings ratio remained in balanced market territory. October’s condo benchmark price of $783,700 was 0.2% higher month-over-month and 4% higher vs October 2019. The average sold price was $970,353 at an average PSF sales price of $1,038 (up 1.7% but down 3%, respectively, month-over-month).
