The number of condo listings in West Vancouver decreased 11% between September and October, to 131, and were 0.8% lower vs October 2019. The 22 condo sales in October were unchanged vs last month and 83% higher vs last year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 17% in October, as West Vancouver’s condo market remained a balanced market. The condo benchmark price was $1.09M in October, 3% above September and 4% higher year-over-year. The average sold price was $1.41M (down 7% vs September) and the average PSF sales price was $1,069 (3% below September).
