focalized upon getting out the name of a soda pop, when the name of Jesus Christ has not been heard before in so many places around the world. And, Coca-Cola, while it may be a great product, yet is only the "pause that re freshes." What Jesus Christ has to offer is spiritual refreshment, ex citing new life for all eternity. And God has it for us as His free gift. It is there and it is clearly shown in the Word of truth to which we firmly hold. When Dr. Rueben Archer Tor- rey, first dean of Biola, and Dr. Charles M. Alexander, gospel song writer, were holding meetings, they used II Timothy 2:15 as their theme. They would write it on their let ters. It would be a slogan of all their campaigns. They would have it for their posters. Their telegrams would always be signed with it. And they would greet one another in this manner. You know, that is not a bad idea at all. I hope in our discussion these last few days that there has been something said that will encourage you today to study to show yourself approved unto God. In this way you will not be a workman who needs to blush. You will not have to be ashamed be cause you are rightly proportion ing, rightly using, rightly applying the Word of Cod. May the Lord help us so to live.

I remember hearing an advertising executive point out with a bit of whimsy, "Our principle is that you can fool some of the people some of the time, and generally that is enough!" Now, in all seriousness, the purpose that we have, as we consider what is entrusted to our hands, is the faithful proclamation of the Word of truth. Never let that escape you, my friend. May it bur nish itself brightly, like a beacon, into your heart and life. It will stand you in good stead the long est day you are privileged to live. God has given us the Word of truth, His Word. According to Web ster, "truth" is thatwhich conforms to fact and reality, not erroneous nor inaccurate. Not words with no profit, not profane and vain bab blings. Remember in the long ago the Lord Jesus said, "I am the truth," and He could add to that "believe me." The president of the Coca-Cola Bottling Company in Atlanta, not too long ago, declared that throughout the world in 10 years time, they were going to make certain that the name of Coca-Cola or "Coke" would be universally known. There would not be a place on the face of the globe where people would be unfamiliar with the word "Coke." Is it not strange that there would be such activity
