Generous benefits package • A contribution to an occupational pension plan acceptable to the University at the employer’s contribution rate. • Teachers’ Pension Scheme is the main scheme for academic staff at the University of Northampton. TPS gives you: A Defined Benefit Pension: providing you with a future income payable for life, • In addition to statutory Bank Holidays, local discretionary holidays and days when the University is closed in the working days paid holiday during the course of the holiday year.
