• Temporary Staffing Solutions (TSS) is our temporary agency that provides our clients with access to a trained and experienced temporary staffing pool. • This ensures that a quality, cost- effective service is maintained and delivered at your properties at all times. • We can assist with a wide variety of on-site roles including concierges, cleaners, caretakers, security, estate operatives and more.

Quality Temporary Staff All staff receive extensive training with access to a Concierge Academy and a minimum of 10 mandatory and role-specific online courses.

Experienced R&R Staff You can utilise the skills and experience of our existing staff. Priority of shift is given to our permanent staff, ahead of our staffing pool.

24/7 Operation A 24-hour, 7 days a week

operation with calls taken by our dedicated in-house team, meaning we can act as soon as your need arises.

Established in 1990, the business continues to expand at an impressive rate, managing a wide range of property types from small high- end buildings through to some of the UK’s largest regeneration schemes. We have established a strong reputation for our standards of service and are one of the few managing agents regulated by RICS with Investors In People platinum status.

Enhanced Pay Rates We offer and pay temporary staff the highest rates in the industry, and R&R staff working via TSS also receive an enhanced rate.

Competitive Pricing Whilst paying more and training more than all other agencies, our charge rate remains fully competitive.

DBS Checks We now complete DBS checks on all positions of responsibility including concierge, security and supervisory positions, giving our clients added comfort and security. No other temporary staffing solution completes such DBS checks.

Service Delivery A dedicated team of Account Managers work in partnership with the R&R Estate Operations team with regular site visits ensuring service levels and client needs are met.
