Noodles will be cut 1” below surface of green to allow balls to be removed from the cup safely and to prevent removing flagsticks. Rakes and ball washers are not available. Snack bar/on-course water and ice dispensers are available using personal water bottles. Food offerings will be available in the snack bars. Golf shops will be sanitized nightly. Enhanced sanitation protocols will be in effect for fitting equipment.
Towel service is not available. A highly-detailed sanitizing protocol has been developed for golf carts, and the Club is taking preventive measures to ensure each cart is disinfected and safe for use.

GOL F CART USAGE Two riders per cart permitted or players may opt to ride as a single. No age restrictions. Golfers are encouraged to walk when able to preserve carts for those who require them. Carts are only allowed for play on the course and cannot be used for transportation to the practice ranges. For 18-hole rounds, the option to walk 9 and ride 9 is not permitted. Players are responsible for loading and unloading golf bags. All carts must be off the course and returned to the sanitization area by 8:00 PM. If you are unable to make your scheduled tee time, cancel through ForeTees as a courtesy to your fellow members. DAY-OF TEE SHEET ACCESS Players will not be able to access ForeTees on the day of their tee time and make required changes. Please call the golf shops to make player changes or cancel the tee time. Guests are not allowed. Tee times for all courses may be reserved through the ForeTees system after 2:00 PM on the Monday preceding the desired Saturday, and on the Tuesday preceding the
Golfers should utilize the ForeTees tee sheet when reserving a time to communicate their walk/ride preference. Daily cart rules apply. Tees, scorecards, and pencils are available on 1st tees. Towels are removed from carts. After play, please empty the cart of any trash and return the cart to the sanitization area.

PRACT I C E RANGE S All members are required to check in with the range attendant and register for their session. Hitting stations are positioned with 12’ spacing to provide adequate physical distancing. James River range will only be for 15-minute warm-up prior to group’s tee time until 4:00 PM. After 4:00 PM, 30-minute practice sessions are permitted. $5 practice fee for non-range club members.
Westhampton range will have four stations alloted for 15-minute warm-up prior to group’s tee time. Remaining stations will be allotted for 30-minute practice sessions. $5 practice fee for non- range club members. Practice balls will be placed in short game areas, but shag bags are not available for retrieval. For golfer’s safety, touching practice balls is discouraged. Driver + single rider shuttles will run from bag drop to designated drop areas for play and practice. Shuttles are not provided for transportation on and off the courses.
