Seven Oaks Country Club Rules and Regulations

This document sets forth the terms and privileges of Membership in the Club and the policies and procedures under which the Club is operated. The obligation of enforcing these Rules lies primarily in the hands of a carefully trained staff whose principal responsibility is to assure members of all the courtesies, comforts and services to which they are entitled. It is the duty of the members to know its Rules and to cooperate with Club Management and staff in the enforcement of these Rules. These Rules are effective March 1, 2022 and are subject to change from time to time at the sole discretion of Club Management and the Board of Governors.

Article 1. Definitions & Applications The Club The "Club" refers to the facilities provided at Seven Oaks Country Club located at 2000 Grand Lakes Ave., Bakersfield, California. The "Club" refers to the Equity Members of Seven Oaks Country Club. The Board "The Board" refers to the governing body, which manages the Club and its successors in interest. “Manager” refers to the General Manager/COO of the Club. The Board and Manager have authority over the affairs of the Club. Membership a) A "Membership" is the contractual privilege by which designated persons enter into the Club for the exclusive purpose of using and enjoying the available facilities at the times and in the manner set forth in these Rules. A "Member" is the person obligated for the payment of all fees, dues, fines and charges. Members agree to be bound by these Rules as presently enacted or hereafter amended. Amendments to the Rules may be announced either by publication in the Club's newsletter or by posting at the Club. The Rules, as amended or supplemented, will be maintained in the Manager's office and are available for review upon request. b) Membership may be subject to disciplinary action, including fines, suspension or revocation, in accordance with these Rules. c) The Board shall have the right to discontinue offering any categories of membership, to create additional categories or classes of membership from time to time conferring such rights and privileges and imposing such obligations, as it deems appropriate, and to prescribe the qualifications and requirements for membership in any such class or category. Fees, Dues and Charges Solely the Board, whether paid annually, monthly or otherwise, shall determine all membership initiation fees or deposits, transfer fees, dues, fines, and miscellaneous charges and fees. The Board reserves the right to modify, change and add to these fees, deposits, dues, fines, and charges in its sole discretion. Membership in good standing is always conditional upon prompt payment in full of all fees, deposits, dues, fines, and charges. A Member may be subject to disciplinary action, including forfeiture of membership, for failure to meet his or her financial obligations to the Club as set forth in Article IV. The schedule of fees, deposits, dues, fines, and charges in effect at any given time is available for review at the membership office. Membership Use For family memberships, membership entitles a Member, his or her spouse and all unmarried dependent children under the age of twenty-six (26) provided all applicable fees, deposits, dues, fines, and charges are timely paid and if identification showing proof of age is provided upon the request of the Club. Applicability of Rules These Rules apply to all Members, Member's families, business designees and guests.

Non-Member Use of Club The Board shall have the right to allow non-members to use the golf course and driving range, tennis facilities, clubhouse and other facilities located at the Club during designated times, including non- member tournaments, banquets, weddings, private parties, and other functions. A Club Member shall sponsor all such events. Article 2. Privileges and Classifications of Memberships Equity Golf Membership This is an equity “Golf Membership” The owner of a Golf Membership becomes a Golf Member who, with the member’s family is entitled to enjoy full use of the Club Facilities in accordance with the Club Regulations. Club Facilities include facilities for golf, swimming, tennis, dining, fitness centers, saunas and steam rooms. Activities include aerobics classes and social events. Voting rights are and shall be associated with this Membership. Corporate Sponsored Golf Membership This is an equity “Golf Membership” which entitles the Corporate owner and family to enjoy full use of the Club Facilities in accordance with the Club Regulations, in the same manner as Golf Members owning Equity Memberships. Voting rights are and shall be associated with this Membership. Heritage Golf Membership This is a transferable non-equity, membership which entitles the holder and the holder’s family, for the term of the membership, full use of the Club Facilities in accordance with the Club Regulations. Club Facilities include facilities for golf, swimming, tennis and dining, fitness centers, saunas and steam rooms, and activities include aerobics classes and social events. No voting rights are or shall be associated with this Membership. The Club must approve transfer of this membership. Heritage Junior Golf Membership This is a transferable non-equity, term membership which entitles the holder and the holder’s family, for the term of the membership, to full use of the Club Facilities in accordance with the Club Regulations. Club Facilities include facilities for golf, swimming, tennis and dining, fitness centers, saunas and steam rooms, and activities including aerobics classes and social events. This membership is available to persons under the age of 38 (Age is determined by the oldest spouse). No voting rights are or shall be associated with this Membership. The Club must This is a transferable non-equity membership which entitles the member and the member’s family to full use of the Club Facilities, except golf privileges (no use of golf course or golf locker rooms), in accordance with the Club Regulations. Heritage Social/Sports Members can golf once per quarter (payment of applicable green, cart and other fees is required, golf privileges limited from Tuesdays through Fridays after 11:00 a.m.) for the Heritage Social/Sports Member. Senior Membership This is a non-equity, membership which entitles the holder and the holder’s family, for the term of the membership, to full use of the Club Facilities in accordance with the Club Regulations, except that golf course privileges are limited to Tuesday through Friday only (no golf course privileges are permitted under this membership on Mondays, Saturdays or Sundays,). The driving range and practice areas are available to Senior Golf Members on Saturdays & Sundays. Club Facilities include facilities for golf (Tuesday through Friday), and during all Club hours for swimming, tennis, dining, fitness centers, saunas and steam rooms, with activities including aerobics classes and social events. The holder can upgrade this membership to an Equity Golf Membership on specified terms and conditions. This membership is available to current members’ 70 and older, who maintained an Equity Golf membership for at least 10 years. No voting rights are or shall be associated with this Membership. Junior Membership This is a non-equity, term membership which entitles the holder and the holder’s family, for the term of the membership, to full use of the Club Facilities in accordance with the Club Regulations. Club Facilities include facilities for golf, swimming, tennis and dining, fitness centers, saunas and steam rooms, and activities including aerobics classes and social events. The holder can upgrade this membership to an Equity Golf Membership on specified terms and conditions. In the event of such an upgrade, the cash initiation fee paid by the holder may be credited toward the purchase of the Equity Golf Membership. This membership is available to persons under the age of 38 (Age is determined by oldest spouse). No voting rights are or shall be associated with this Membership. Social/Sports Membership This is a non-equity membership which entitles the member and the member’s family to full use of the Club Facilities, except golf privileges (no use of golf course or golf practice areas, in accordance with the Club Regulations. This is a non-transferable, lifetime membership. Social/Sports Members can golf once per quarter (payment of applicable green, cart and other fees is required, golf privileges limited from Tuesdays through Fridays after 11:00 a.m.) for the Social/Sports Member. No voting rights are or shall be associated with this Membership. Article 3. Membership Policies Eligibility a) Financially qualified individuals of good character, over the age of eighteen (18) shall be considered for membership without regard to race, color, national origin, sex, religious preference, sexual orientation or creed. b) A person qualified for membership shall become a Member after (i) submitting a formal application, including an agreement to abide at all times by the Rules as then enacted or thereafter amended; (ii) formal approval of the application by the Board; and (iii) payment of, or satisfactory arrangement to pay, any initial fees and dues related to membership.

Medical Leave of Absence The Club allows Equity Members with qualifying medical conditions to downgrade to a medical hold. Such a leave of absence is allowed for a maximum of six months. Please see the membership office for more information. Resignation Members may resign at any time upon providing the Club with thirty (30) days prior written notice. Termination and resignation shall be effective on the first billing date after the 30-day notice. No resignation shall be effective until the date (the "Effective Date") that the Member's financial obligations to the Club have been settled. No refund or proration of any deposits, fees or dues will be made to any Member resigning from the Club. If giving a 30-day notice from the next billing date, Equity members must also sign an Equity Release Letter. Transfers a) With respect to a family membership, upon the death of the primary Member, the membership shall continue and said spouse shall become the primary Member. In the event the spouse elects not to become the primary Member and retain the membership, the spouse shall be required to provide notice of such election. Upon receipt by the Club of said notice, the decedent's membership shall terminate. Upon the death of both the primary Member and the spouse of the primary Member, the membership shall terminate and may not be transferred to any heir or other person named in a will or bequest, and the estate shall have no interest in the membership with the exception of the Legacy Membership policy listed in Paragraph 3.05 b) In the event of a dissolution of marriage, the spouse listed as Member on the application and signatory on the Purchase Agreement shall retain membership privileges. If the Member does not want to keep the membership they may transfer it to the person listed as Spouse on their Membership Application with Committee and Board approval. The Member will forfeit all rights to their membership and in the event they want to become a member in the future, prevailing membership initiation fee, dues, and fees will be owed. If the Member keeps the membership the Spouse may apply for their own membership, prevailing membership initiation fee dues, and fees will be owed and the membership will be vetted and approved per the standard application process. Legacy Memberships Equity member may pass their membership on to their child (by birth, adoption or marriage) by paying a transfer fee of 30% of the current initiation fee . Legacy candidate will be vetted and approved per the standard application process. Repurchase a) Subject to the provisions of the Bylaws, the Board reserves the right to terminate any membership for any reason it deems is in the best interest of the Club, by paying to the Member the then current Membership Initiation amount. This right of repurchase and buy- out may be exercised with or without the Member's permission, even if the Member is in good standing and has paid all outstanding dues and charges.

b) If the Board elects to repurchase the membership of a Member who has outstanding dues or charges, the Club shall have the right to offset such dues or charges against the amount to be paid to said Member. Upgrades / Downgrades in Membership Status a) Requests for upgrades in a Member's membership category, privileges or charges must be made in writing. The Manager or the Board shall have the absolute right to approve or disapprove such a request. Approval may be subject to conditions, including payment of applicable increases in Membership Initiation and dues and the availability of a Membership in the requested category. b) Members shall be permitted to downgrade their membership category upon written request to the Club. The Manager or the Board shall have the absolute right to approve or disapprove such a request. Approval may be subject to conditions, including the availability of a Membership in the requested category. Disputes With regard to any claim or dispute regarding the ownership of a membership, the Board shall be entitled to rely on the membership application and may confirm ownership of that membership in the name of the person listed as the Primary Member on the application. The Board will not become involved in any domestic or other dispute concerning ownership or issuance of a membership and shall not have any liability or responsibility for the resolution of such disputes. This Section 3.7 is expressly subject to the Member's obligation to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless as provided in Section 12.1 Article 4. Payment of Dues and Charges Statements and Payments Monthly statements are prepared on the last day of each month and normally mailed within five (5) to seven (7) working days thereafter. Payment is due and must be received (not merely postmarked) by the last business day of the month received. Payments made after the last day of the month will incur a late fee of $50.00 plus interest of 1.5% per month. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Club may place any Member on a cash basis for any or all services otherwise provided for credit, at any time. Members may elect to have their dues and charges charged directly to a credit card. Management may, at its election, require all Members to keep an active major credit card number and billing information on file together with an authorization for Management to bill to such credit card for purposes of collection of delinquent amounts pursuant to the provisions of Section 4.2(b) below. A 2.47% surcharge will apply to all credit card use in the club. Past Due, Delinquency and Revocation a) 30-Days Past Due. If a Member's account becomes thirty (30) days past due, the Member will be notified by mail and/or telephone that his or her charging privilege are subject to suspension. b) 60-90 Days Past Due. Any Member whose account becomes sixty (60) days past due will be notified by certified mail and/or telephone that his or her membership privileges will be suspended if payment is not received within 10 days. The fact of this delinquency may be

posted at the Club. The Club may automatically bill any Member's account which is more than sixty (60) days past due to any major credit card of said Member on file at the Club. c) 90 Days Past Due. The membership of any Member whose account is more than ninety (90) days delinquent will be notified by certified mail and telephone that his or her membership privileges have been suspended and that his or her membership will be revoked and forfeited if payment is not received within 10 days. Such forfeiture shall not prejudice or affect, in any manner the right of the Club to collect such delinquent indebtedness. The Club may automatically bill any Member’s account which is more than ninety (90) days past due to any credit card of said Member on file at the Club. d) Frequent Delinquency Revocation. The membership of any Member whose account becomes more than sixty (60) days past due three (3) times in any twelve (12) month period either consecutively or not consecutively, may, at the Board's election, be revoked and forfeited. Such forfeiture shall not prejudice or affect, in any manner the right of the Club to collect such delinquent indebtedness. Returned Checks All Members shall be charged an additional twenty Dollars ($20.00) on their statement for any checks returned from the bank for insufficient funds or the Club's actual cost of recovery, whichever is greater. Crediting of Account Members with any questions regarding charges on their statement should contact the Club's accounting office. All bills must be paid in full, and any credits due to the Member will be credited on the following month's statement. Under no circumstances may a Member adjust his or her own account. A credit may never be taken against any initiation fee, pre-paid dues or deposit. Food Charges All food and beverage charges may be subject to a service charge and are subject to applicable sales tax. Management may, in its sole discretion, impose a minimum monthly charge for food and beverage service at the Club Article 5. Infractions and Discipline Violations Any Member who violates these Rules is subject to suspension and/or immediate revocation of membership. All Members found to be in violation of the Rules may be denied all Club privileges, including the privilege of charging goods and services. This denial of privileges may apply to one or more family members in the Board's sole discretion. Suspension a) The Board shall at all times have the right to suspend for a definite or indefinite time the membership privileges of any Member who has violated any rule, regulation or policy established by the Board or whose behavior is disruptive to the operation of the Club. b) A suspended Member shall be required to pay monthly dues during the period of suspension. A suspension may be lifted by The Board, in its discretion, upon receipt of

evidence that any wrongs committed have been redressed and any offensive behavior will not be repeated. Notification of Violations The Board shall prepare a written notice within thirty (30) days of an infraction, describing the violation, noting all parties involved, and specifying the penalty that may be established. This notice shall be mailed to the Member and a copy of the notice shall be placed in the Member's file. Hearing Following Suspension a) A Member whose membership is suspended may request a review hearing to be held before the Executive Committee. The Member's request for a review hearing must be delivered to the Manager not more than fifteen (15) days following the date upon which the Member receives the notice of suspension. b) The review hearing will be conducted within thirty (30) days from the date that the Member's request for a review hearing is delivered to the Manager. The Member may attend in person or by representative. Following the review hearing, the Board of Governors will make a decision which shall be final and binding. Expulsion A membership may be revoked and the rights of any person or persons entitled to privileges under that membership may be terminated for any of the following reasons: a) Default. Being in default in the payment of any sums due (including charges incurred by Family or guests for a period in excess of ninety (90) days after a bill therefore has been given. b) Multiple Defaults. Being in default, on two (2) occasions in any twelve (12) month period or on three (3) occasions in any twenty-four (24) month period, in the payment of any sums due for a period in excess of one (1) month after a bill therefore has been given. c) Felony. Conviction of (or entering a guilty or nolo contendere plea) a felony. d) Detrimental Conduct. The performance in, on or adjacent to the Club Facilities, by a Member or Membership or by his or her spouse, of acts which the Board shall find to be detrimental to the best interests of the Club. Conduct of other members of the Family or guests of a Member or Membership may, but ordinarily shall not, be cause for expulsion of a Member or Membership, but may result in denial of privileges to such Family members or guests, in such manner and for such time as the Board of Governors may determine. Procedure for Expulsion The Board will prepare a written notice of expulsion which shall be delivered by certified mail to the terminated Member. Upon expulsion, all past Membership Initiation fees and monthly dues paid by the Member shall be forfeited to the Club and the Member shall thereafter have no rights or privileges. Expulsion shall not prejudice or affect in any manner the right of the Board to collect any delinquent indebtedness.

Article 6. House and Grounds Rules Hours of Operation

The schedule of operation for the various facilities within the Club shall be published in the Club newsletter or posted at the Club, but is subject to change to accommodate special events. The clubhouse will be closed to Members every Monday, except on select holidays which fall on Monday and except for special events. The entire Club, including the golf course, tennis courts, fitness centers and swimming facilities will be closed on December 25th. The schedule of operation is also subject to change due to weather conditions. Special Functions Club Management shall endeavor to publish all special Member functions in the Club newsletter and to post such functions at the Club, including dinner dances, banquets and special social functions. Membership Cards a) Each primary Member and alternate Member will be issued membership cards that include photo identification on the face of the membership card. For Members with Pool & Fitness privileges, the membership card will contain a micro-chip that will allow access to these areas. A Member may also request that a card be issued to dependent children between the ages of sixteen (16) and twenty-five (25) as defined in Section 1.5. Each primary Member, alternate Member and dependent child must have his or her photograph taken at the Club with proof of ID in order to be issued a membership card. b) Presentation of the membership card may be required for purchases and activities at the Club. Each Member must carry his or her card while at the Club. Members are not permitted to lend or give their card to others for any reason. Violation of this rule may result in expulsion. Management or Security may ask Members at any time for verification of identity. c) Lost or stolen cards must be immediately reported to the membership director at which time a new card will be issued for a charge of twenty dollars ($20.00). Charging Privileges Members have the option of paying for the purchase of merchandise, food and beverages, and services with a credit card or by charging to their membership billing account. Food & Beverage charges will apply toward the required minimums when opened to the member’s account, regardless of settlement method. Club Management reserves the right to suspend or place limits upon a Member's charging privilege or require a deposit from a Member. A 2.47% surcharge will apply to all credit card use in the club. The surcharge will appear as a separate line item on your monthly bill Guests Members may bring guests to the Club at designated times and are subject to such rules and policies as established by Club Management, including the payment of applicable guest fees. At the time of making any reservations, the Member must give the Club the names of all individuals who will be joining them for club activities. Members are responsible for the conduct of, all obligations and debts incurred by, and any damage caused by, their guests. Guests of Equity members are limited on the golf course to (12) twelve times per year. Guests using any of the facilities of the Club must be in the company of their host Member at all times unless otherwise

approved by Management, in its sole discretion. Club Management, in its sole discretion, may deny guest privileges to any individual. Minors a) Any unmarried dependent child under the age of twenty-six (26) years is considered a minor for the purpose of these Rules. However, a person between eighteen (18) and twenty-six (26) years of age who owns a membership is not considered a minor. b) Member parents or guardians of minors are directly responsible for the actions of their minor children and guest’s children. In the event of violations of these Rules or other policies by minors, restrictions may be imposed on family use of the Club. c) Alcoholic beverages may not be sold or consumed to any person under the age of twenty- one (21). d) Minors under the age of twelve (12) years entering the Club must be accompanied and supervised by an adult member at all times, except when properly qualified and/or enrolled in any junior golf or tennis program. Minors may not bring guests. e) Use of the Club by minors may be limited or restricted. Proper Conduct Members are to conduct themselves in a manner which will not interfere with other Members' or their guests' enjoyment of the Club. Obnoxious or abusive language and rude or boisterous behavior is prohibited. Reporting Injuries Any injury to persons or damage to property should be reported immediately to the Manager or other responsible staff member. Dress Code a) Golf Course (Including practices areas) Women: Shirts can be sleeveless if they have a collar or collarless if it has sleeves. Shirts should be full length and not expose the midriff. Slacks, skorts, skirts, culottes and shorts (all mid-thigh) are appropriate attire. Leggings may be worn under skirts or shorts. Golf shoes shall have soft spikes. Men: Shirts shall have a collar, mock turtleneck or blade collar. All shirts must have sleeves and be tucked in at all times with the exception of a full button camp shirt (Tommy Bahama style). Slacks, knickers or shorts (mid-thigh in length) are appropriate. Golf shoes shall be soft spikes and hats must be worn with the brim forward. Unacceptable Golf Attire Includes: Denim of any kind or color, cut-offs, gym, running or short shorts, excessively baggy cargo shorts, bathing suits, tank or halter tops - tee shirts. Additionally, hooded sweatshirts and sweat suits are not allowed, as are flip-flops and bare feet. The golf staff at their discretion may ask a player to change attire if it is not appropriate.

b) Tennis Courts Proper tennis attire is required at all times. Apparel designed specifically for tennis is

preferred. Leggings (yoga pants) may be worn under a skirt. Spandex shorts, running shorts and excessively baggy shorts are not permitted. Tank tops for men are not permitted. The tennis staff at their discretion may ask a player to change attire if it is not appropriate. c) Fitness Centers Appropriate exercise attire must be worn at all times including shirts and shoes. Sandals are prohibited in the fitness centers. d) Pool Area Proper swim attire is required in the pool areas. Thongs and cut offs are not allowed. Shirts and shoes must be worn when exiting the pool area. e) Clubhouse Men’s shirts should have a collar or mock crew neck and be tucked in at all times with the exception of shirts designed specifically to be worn untucked. Shorts should be no shorter than mid-thigh in length. Ladies shirts should cover the midriff. Shirts and shorts should be at least mid-thigh in length. Running shorts, cut-offs and swim trunks are not permitted. Denim in good repair without rips, tears or holes is appropriate in all areas. Hats must be worn with the brim forward. • Attire designed specifically for golf is welcome in all areas. • Attire designed specifically for tennis without banner logos is permitted in the grill and grill patio. The following is not permitted: Tee shirts or tank tops for men, running shorts, swim shorts or cut-offs, any apparel this is ripped or torn, including denim, excessively baggy clothing, halter or tube tops for women, workout attire, except when transiting to lockers or workout room, shirts with banner logos, bare feet. All Managers acting under the supervision of the Board of Governors have responsibility for supervision and control of all matters relating the dress code. Management may refuse privileges to anyone who, in his or her judgment, is in violation of the dress code. All decisions are final. Responsibility for such supervision may be delegated to Supervisors. Locker Rooms a) Members may rent lockers in the clubhouse on an annual basis, pursuant to a locker rental agreement to be executed between the Member and the Club. Lockers, if available, are obtained by arrangement with the Director of Membership Services and are billed on the Member's statement. b) Members and their guests must change clothes in the locker rooms only. Changing of clothes in the parking lot is prohibited. c) Members specifically agree that the Owner of the Club, Club Management, and their agents and employees are hereby held harmless against, and are not responsible for, any losses, damages or claims which may arise from the Member's use of said lockers. Gratuities Gratuity is not added to food and beverage checks. Tipping of Club personnel is permitted at the discretion of the Member.

Food & Beverages No outside food or beverages are permitted at the Club. Complaints

Employees are to be treated in a courteous and considerate manner. No employee shall be reprimanded in any way by a Member. Any complaints regarding service rendered by Club personnel must be made to the General Manager. Depending upon the severity of the complaint, Club Management may require the Member to make the complaint in writing along with the complaining Member's signature. Members are requested to report misbehavior or violations of rules or laws committed by employees, other Members or guests to the General Manager, and all violations will be subject to appropriate disciplinary action. Parking All Members must drive and park motor vehicles in accordance with applicable laws and posted regulations. Members drive and park their motor vehicles at the Club at their own risk. The Owner of the Club, Club Management and their employees and agents are hereby held harmless against and are not responsible for, any loss or damage to Member motor vehicles or any contents thereof while being driven or parked at the Club. Parking is permitted only in designated areas. Overnight parking is prohibited. Parking of any motor homes, extended campers or other recreational vehicles is strictly prohibited at all times. The front entry drive way is a fire lane. Parking at the entrance of the Clubhouse for any reason is prohibited Animals With the exception of service dogs and seeing-eye dogs, pets or other animals are not permitted anywhere at the Club, at any time, regardless of whether they are on leash or are attended. Golf Course Usage At no time are the golf courses to be used for any activity other than golf. Pedestrians, Joggers, Animals, Bike Riding, Roller Blading and Skate Boards are not permitted anywhere on the Golf Courses at any time. Fishing is strictly prohibited. Cannabis Policy Members and their guests must comply with health and safety code section 11362.3 and proposition 64 by refraining from smoking or ingesting marijuana or marijuana products on SOCC property or possessing an open container or open package of marijuana or marijuana products while driving, operating, or riding in the passenger seat of a golf cart. Pursuant to health and safety code section 11362.79, this applies to qualified patients with a medical recommendation and recreational cannabis users. Article 7. Golf General a) Golf rules, regulations, procedures, and policies may be established from time to time by Club Management and will be available in the pro shop. Such rules, regulations, procedures, and policies shall supplement these Rules. b) Every player must adhere to the Club’s posted policy with respect to shoe wear, as the Club is a spike less facility. Every player must also have a set of golf clubs and a golf bag. Golfers

must carry their membership cards or guest identification while playing and must produce the same upon request. c) Members are required to familiarize themselves, their family and their guests with the rules and etiquette of golf as outlined in the United States Golf Association (USGA) handbook. Failure to abide by USGA rules is considered a violation of these Rules. Starting a) Golf rules, regulations, procedures, and policies may be established from time to time by Club Management and will be available in the pro shop. Such rules, regulations, procedures, and policies shall supplement these Rules. b) Every player must adhere to the Club’s posted policy with respect to shoe wear, as the Club is a spike less facility. Weekday, Weekend and Holiday Tee Reservations Tee reservations for golf on weekday, weekend and holidays may be made up to fourteen (14) days in advance. However, advance tee reservations may be modified from time to time pursuant to Club Management’s posted or published policies. Guest play will be governed by Club’s posted guest play policy unless the Member has obtained prior approval from Club Management. Non-Reservation Play Players without reservations shall be assigned available tee times that have not been reserved. Practice When practicing, members are to use the driving range and practice facilities only. All members and guests must check in at the Pro Shop prior to using the driving range or putting greens. No guests of a member may use the practice facilities unless it is prior to playing golf. Guests must check in with the Pro Shop prior to using the practice facility. Guests are not permitted to practice only, even when a member is present. Under no circumstance are the regular tees, greens or fairways to be used as practice areas. When playing the course, each player may have only one ball in play at all times, except when pursuant to USGA Rules, a provisional ball is to be played. Playing Groups a) No more than five (5) players per group are permitted. For groups of five players, all players must ride in golf carts during “prime time” days. “Prime Time” days shall be Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, holidays and other exceptionally busy days as determined by the Director of Golf. Groups of six are not permitted. b) In the case of groups with less than four players, the pro shop, at their discretion, may fill the group with other waiting players.
