After the season of holidays and celebrations now the season of love is ahead of us. February is a month full of love and surprises. It’s all about reviving your relationships with your loved ones. It’s the time to take one step closer to the people who love you and to towards the people you love. After all, love is a universal language. DR. SYED ARIF JAMAL CHAIRMAN

There isn’t a soul in this world that is deprived of love. There is love in everything we see, touch, or hear. Once in a while, close your eyes, listen to the calmness of wind passing by, you’ll embrace what love feels like. It’s exactly like the wind that frees you up from all your worries, a sigh of relief, a sigh of, please. Everything in this world explains the phenomenon of love, with every phase in your life you’ll get to know someone. Someone who’ll make you feel like you again, someone who would appreciate your darker side, someone who would embrace your flaws, someone you’ll be open to at all times. That someone could be anyone, a happy conversation with your mother, a burst of laughter shared with a friend, a cry to lessen the burden of your heart on a phone call with your best friend, or sharing peaceful silence with your soul mate. Love is found everywhere is everything if you are willing to look for it. So please do remember one thing always, no matter what you or where you go.. always be in love. Whether it is the love you share with your Lord, with people, with your work, or be it with your own identity, what matters the most is there should always be love. Because the world seems a tab bit more beautiful when you’re in love, life becomes easy as the person in love feels worthy of something or someone, confident in him/herself. In a nutshell, when you’re in love you tend to see colors in the world, colors that only appeal to you... Take this moment as to share laughter one more time, take this moment as to wish for something one more time, take this moment as to contain your cry one more time, take this moment as to live another life one more time, take this moment as to dream another dream, take this moment now because who knows for sure there will be another tomorrow! Life is too short therefore it is better if it’s lived being in Love! Share happy moments with your family your friends and your loved ones. Love them a little more. And while we are on that note, we certainly wish Dr. J — a Loved, Blessed and Happy Birthday! I would like to wish my wonderful husband Dr J a very big kiss and Happy Birthday ! Thank you for being my King of my heart. Regards,

DR. AMBER JAMAL CEO

The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched. They must be felt with the heart

~ Helen Keller

Quoting

Helen Keller here today, in this writing has a significant soulful purpose which is far more superior than anything. We know her as the woman who was deprived of the blessings of Sight and Hearing yet she was able to see the world. She taught the entire human race that when there is love there is life! Life is a blessing when there is love in it. There is no objective definition of Love rather love is the only feeling in this world which is relative. Relative to eorts, care, happiness, peace, togetherness, memories and so much more.

Love doesn’t demand age or maturity or status. Love just belongs to those who live with their hearts open. It comes to us in dierent ways, dierent phases and dierent shapes. At an early age love is feeling home in your mother’s lap, spending time with your father, playing in your leisure, owning your favourite toy and being able to eat ice cream before going to bed. Where as later on Love becomes a person. It comes in the form of friends, a shoulder to cry on and your own soulmate. Love becomes struggling together, watching movie with your one and only, having a night out with them, talking and sometimes even silence. Love becomes the person you want to spend your entire life with.

As easy as it is to find love in this world, the easier it is to lose!

Love disappears too if not taken care of. Love becomes cold if not expressed in certain ways. Love becomes busy when you cannot take out time for them or love just simply dies. It is important to cherish love while you have it every single day. There shouldn’t be one single day to make your loved ones feel they are important to you. It should be everyday. But life isn’t a fairytale, therefore you can be lost they can be lost. It can happen. Take hold of this special day that we all have specifically marked as the day of love – Valentine’s Day! The love season is approaching us so plan the surprise trip with your partner that you have been planning since two years, bring them gift to show they are important or if not gift then just express that you love them. Go on dinner dates, send them those cute little messages or send them a wish. Seize the days you have now. It’s not late. Cherish your love before you lose it. Because trust me, when love is lost, nothing fills the void it leaves behind. You have other things to take for granted not love dear, never love. The world is already filled with hate hence spread love as much as you can. Because darkness cannot drive out darkness only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate only love can do that!

Make this 14th of February the day for your family, your partner, your loved ones. This is to love.

Cheers to love, because what is there most beautiful but love..

An Interview with Cassandra Wallace: Beauty, Success and Women Empowerment Ms. World America and reigning Ms. World International Cassandra Wallace is known for her wits and charm. In a conversation with BGN, she opens up about her health and fitness secrets.

3.

1.

What motivates you?

You are so beautiful and inspirational to many women, tell us about your journey? I won a bikini contest and went up to thank one of the judges and she asked me if I had ever thought about being in pageants. I honestly had no idea that you could even be in pageants once you were married and had kids. I love any excuse to get dressed up and giving back so it seemed like a perfect fit combining two things I enjoyed. I was Mrs. Poulsbo, then Mrs. Washington World International, then Ms. World America, and Ms. World International Mrs. What are the challenges you faced as a contestant? The biggest challenge I faced as a contestant was my lack of experience. Most of my peers had been in the industry for years and many had made a career out of it. My pageant journey of being Mrs. Poulsbo, Mrs. Washington World International, Ms. World America, and Ms. World International Mrs. all took place in the span of 2018 to current. There were so many things I did not know anything about. Learning to turn in 6 inch heels while it feels so empowering once you master it, this certainly has room for serious bloopers. 2.

My three boys are my biggest motivation in life. I want to leave a legacy they can be proud of.

4.

What is your definition of success?

I don't want to just tell my kids the importance of thinking of others and giving back, I want to actively do it with them so it will be second nature to them. You can find me in a ball gown wearing my sash and crown cashing my twins dressed in superhero costumes running at 5ks benefiting charities. You can make a big impact as one person, but if you can motivate and encourage others to give back your impact is magnified. If my boys grow up with a passion to help others then I will feel like I was successful.

5.

7.

What are the way out you believe to give back to the community? There are endless ways to give back to your community. Find your passion and I guarantee you there is an organization that is all about your passion that is looking for help. What is the most fun and exciting thing about participating in a beauty contest? There are so many wonderful organizations and causes that I have had the opportunity to help volunteer at that without having been in the pageant I would never have known about them. The football league in Haiti is a perfect example of that. Through my pageant connection, I was able to be one of the ambassadors for the football league in Haiti. At the start of this year, there were not enough girls sponsored for them to participate in the league. I was able to help find sponsors for the girls so they could play in the league this year. It felt so surreal to be able to go to Haiti in person and watch the girls I helped sponsor play. I partnered with Charity Ball who donated 50 soccer balls for me to bring and give to the girls in the league. Without being in the pageant I would have never known about the football league in Haiti and never had the opportunity to watch those girls play. To me that is the most exciting thing about participating in a beauty contest. 6.

How can people connect with each other in this time of COVID? If you can’t physically see someone and give them a hug, then the next best thing is having a video call. Something about being able to see someone’s real time response and mannerisms helps me feel much more connected and not feel so distant. What is your favorite social media app or tool? Photos are so magical to me because they capture a moment in time and so for that reason I really like Instagram. But, I also really enjoy anything that makes me laugh out loud and Tik Tok definitely does that for me. I am going to have to go with a tie between Instagram and Tik Tok. 8.

10.

9.

How would you define beauty?

How would you empower women?

To me someone’s physical appearance does not define beauty. There are a lot of pretty people out there but once you get to know their personality they are so ugly on the inside that it diminishes their physical appearance. Someone who is truly beautiful has that beauty on the inside and outside. They have a big heart, care about others, and are kind. This magnifies their external appearance and makes them truly beautiful.

Strong women build up other women. There is no room for comparison or negativity. The world is cruel enough. When women band together and build on each other’s strengths and help cover each other’s weaknesses they are unstoppable. I always make a point to find something I can say to encourage every woman I interact with. You never know who is having a difficult day and needs some positive words in their life to encourage them to keep moving forward with their goals and dreams. If you had a magic wand what would you change in this world? I would wipe out hunger. To me there is nothing worse than being hungry and not having food to eat. I would use my magic wand to give everyone food. 11.

12.

Your fitness and health secret?

I do HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workouts five times a week. Mostly I have to give credit to the fact my boys are extremely active and I spend a great deal of energy chasing them around and playing with them. They keep me fit. “A kind word never broke anyone’s mouth.” –Irish Proverb 13. Inspirational special message to BGN readers?

Microbiome in skincare is a trend to stay

Companies are spreading the message that most antibacterial ingredients and surfactants, like sodium lauryl sulfate, can have a negative impact on the skin’s microbiome and can result in dehydrated and sensitive skin. In addition, environmental aggressors further stress skin. Modern lifestyles appear to be harmful for the skin’s microora, which needs rebalancing. There has been a shift in the language used to market microbiome products– market players in the U.S. no longer put stress on anti-age/anti-wrinkle. Instead, they claim that their products promote “health” and “glow.”The trend is moving towards clarity and simplicity. Companies in the microbiome skincare market have been simplifying their packaging. The products are positioned as natural with scientic research, and companies have been creating more “natural” and simple packaging, using white or clear tones with a matte nish. Additionally, self-quantication is arriving into the beauty industry. Wearable devices will be able to assist consumers with their skincare routine based on the quality of air they breathe, UV level, sleeping pattern, BMI and other factors. Self-quantication is expected to make a big impact because it’s tightly connected to e-commerce and will likely accelerate the migration from the retail stores to e-stores. The key message that companies are sharing with consumers is, “It is not about changing the biome, but changing the skin. Once the skin is healthy, the bacteria living on it will be healthy, too.”- notes Chief Research Ocer at Verify Markets Shilpa Tiku.

American consumers are familiar with the benets of probiotics for inner health, for example, fermented products and probiotics in yogurt. This awareness is driving to microbiome skincare market. The microbiome skincare market is in its infancy and still evolving, but is expected to grow by double digits in the United States. The microbiome skincare market is one of the fastest growing segments in the skincare industry and the term“probiotics” has been a rising trend in the last few years. Market players believe that in 10 years, most skincare products will be reformulated to guarantee balance in the skin’s microbiome. Probiotics in skincare started appearing within the last 10 years, following the Human Microbiome Project in 2008 when researchers discovered an astounding number of microorganisms existing inside and out on the surface of the human body. The steady global growth of probiotic dietary supplements and the popularity of probiotic-based foods are inuencing beauty, as products move towards a position of long-term health. Microbiome skincare products align closely with the natural and health trend, helping to drive the market. This, along with increased environmental stressors, pollution, and fear of chemicals, is driving consumers towards microbiome-based skincare.

FASHION INDUSTRY has flourished over many years throughout the globe setting examples and trends, telling people what looks good and what looks bad. What is trendy and what is outdated. What colour to go for and what colour to avoid completely. This is the interpretation Leading fashion icons and brands have set in our minds. Although this interpretation is not entirely true. It is not entirely justified. Fashion is not about what looks good rather it is about to choose what looks good on you. The clothes you choose to wear, the accessories you choose to pair them with and the over all look should always, always complement your personality. Your attire should bring out the colours of your personality, it should bring out popping traits of your personality – are you strong and confident like Red or are you Mellow and Earthy like Green. You can be as Happy and Cheerful as a Yellow or Sweet and a little bit Sour as orange. It’s all in you. To pick what looks good on you, it takes first to know about yourself. The dress that looks good on someone doesn’t necessarily mean it would look good on you too. Here are some tips that will help you to figure out what you should pick to wear and when.

PAIRING THE RIGHT COLOUR

The far most important thing to look for is what colours would complement your personality and appearance. This is all about warm and cool themes. Some people do not feel comfortable at pulling o warm colours like Maroon, Red, Orange or any of the neon colours. That is entirely because their personality doesn’t complement those colours. It has absolutely nothing to do with what skin tone you are or what body type you are. Absolutely not. What you have inside looks beautiful to you. The calm your personality is the more you’d be reluctant to cool colours.

The dierence between dresses to wear in night outs and the ones to wear in day outs is exquisite. It is not something just made up. There is, although, no harm in interchanging these attires but it is advised to go with the theme assigned for positive outlook.

DRESSES AND BODY TYPES

The attires you choose to wear highlights your body, so it’s better to know what you are putting on highlight. The results can go wrong too. It’s absolutely not about your weight or height it’s about consider how broad or narrow your body type is. This is not body shaming it is actually learning about your own body and what looks fine on it. Some people are more likely to pull o traditional looks while others are more likely to pull o western looks.

Fashion is all about what you feel inside being visible outside. The clothes you wear should complement your personality more than anything else because if not that then what is the whole point? Learn more about your types and live glam!

The key to being healthy is a fit and profound lifestyle. Your lifestyle does say a lot about you which cannot be unheard. Fitness doesn’t refer to the physical exercises, gymming or cardio but fitness comes with in. If you are not healthy on the inside you will have a hard time being healthy outside. The regimen of fitness lies in three of the main categories. If taken care of these perfectly, fitness comes in handy.

What you eat is what you feel. The amount of foods we consume in our daily routines have a great impact on our fitness. Dietary habits are very important to take charge of. The thing to keep in mind here is not keeping count of the carbs, fibre or fats is not the deal breaker at all. The deal breaker is the right time right quantity. Cutting down on the foods you eat might set a diet plan for you but that is not long lasting. Cutting down on foods affect you negatively as well. A healthy diet should be eating your meal, not too much not too less, at the right time. What you have on the inside reflects outside. It is as simple as that. The energy you consume is the energy you reflect. If you are positive on the inside you will look for positivity in all the things. Same is the rule for a fit and healthy body. The healthier diet you consume the more glowing and fit you would appear on the outside.

A body at peace will find peace in everything. Meditation is the second best rule to have a fit lifestyle. When you meditate you force all the negative energy out of your body. Meditation helps ease your body muscles, calm all the soreness and helps you focus on the positive energy. Bending and stretching your body boosts up the flow of blood which causes your body to function actively. In addition to diet, meditation helps you to redirect all the negativity within your inner body organs, let them breathe freely and opt for relaxation. Just like a deep breath and sips of water work to calm the chaos of frustrations, meditation helps your body to breathe and feel relaxed. As much relaxed as you are, the more you’ll be fit and healthy.

C R E A T E A

BY USING AMBER DAZZLE COSMETICS

When we opt for fitness regime we often forget one thing which affects our body the most — mental health. Mental health is far most important aspect to be fair it is the first rule towards a fit and healthy lifestyles. The peace of your mind is a valuable treasure. The moment you lose your peace of mind or any one intrudes it, it starts affecting your health and lifestyle. Things change within your surroundings. Significant changes occur in your bodily functions as well. If you are experiencing some sort of sadness or something is causing you stress then your mind tends to function more. Your sleep patterns are affected. The thing which is messing up with your brain tends to keep you awake at nights. Rapid stressed out feelings also tend to cause rapid weight loss or gain. Either way it is not healthy at all. Mental health should be considered as the first step towards a fit and healthy lifestyle. When your mind’s at peace you appear fresh, satisfied and contended. Fitness is not a race. It’s a process. Long, tiring process. Consistency is the key to achieve this goal. And ignorance is it’s only downfall. Listen to your body and you’ll never be disappointed.

HOW TO CREATE A CLASSIC SPRING LOOK WITH MY FAVORITE

As always start with a clean base. Applying a primer allows the makeup to stay longer and makes it easier to blend the eyeshadows. Use a concealer under the eyes and on the eyelids to even out any discoloration. For this look I mixed the nudes shades on the eyelids & used the colors - blended two shades at the bottom to give a pop of color in a unique style. Apply a winged eyeliner to the upper lash line and flick it out. To complete the look, apply fake lashes or finish up with mascara.

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TECHNOLOGY AND SLAVERY IS THAT SLAVES ARE FULLY AWARE THAT THEY ARE NOT FREE

— NASSIM NICHOLAS TALEB

The impact of technology on human relationships has claimed the attention of many theorists. It is a known fact that social connections are the basis of the human condition. We live and thrive on the basis of our secure bonding with others around us. Technology has thrown open many new electronic platforms for collaborating with others. The promise of a smaller world, and the closer relationships with these new tools are very enticing. Technology has revolutionized our world, and has made all the information in the world come literally to our finger tips, and deliver many conveniences like online shopping. The world has become one big platform. Trade and commerce have grown exponentially around the world. Businesses are now able to advertise and deliver products and services with ease. Collaboration among people has grown tremendously to deliver new inventions and products. We’re all aware about the positive impact of technology, and it will take reams of pages to described how it has enhanced our lives. However, the overuse of technology, especially social media, which has now become our primary means of communication these days is the demon lurking within the shadows. I fear there will come a day when the news of a relative’s demise will be shared on social media, and we will offer our condolences through thumbs-down and sad emojis. The question is not why these platforms exist, but why we’re unable to find the right balance while using them. So, the intent of this article is to highlight how the overuse of technology is harming us

When I was in college, I used to pay by the minute to use internet. In those days, we used the internet to collect information while doing a project. Because I was paying by the minute, I would limit my internet usage to essential work only. I would spend the rest of my time interacting with friends, reading books, going for walks, or going for art classes. Those days we only had one landline phone at home for the whole family to use. Telephone calls were expensive, and so our conversations were also limited and to the point. We had the ten-digit phone numbers of at least ten-fifteen people on the tip of our tongues. It was a nice feeling to make and receive phone calls so that we could wish each other on important occasions. Interactions were more personal and heartfelt. The world was still functioning well; information was still getting disseminated, and people were still employed. That time felt holistic, joyful, and yet connected. Cut to the present. Nowadays we jump out of our beds to check our phones, take our phones to the bathroom, talk on the phone while driving, keep checking our social media pages for updates, check our phones while eating lunch, fiddle with our phones at the traffic signal, watch TV while eating food, listen to music while working out, watch videos on the phone before going to bed, etc. For more entertainment, we go out for movies. When we go out with our families for dinner, all of us are busy looking at our phones. We sleep and get up with our phones instead of our partners. These days we know more about our favorite vlogger than about our spouse and kids. We may be in a room full of people, but we’ll still be more interested in our phones.

All aspects of our lives are suffering because of this overindulgence in our smartphones. It has now become an extension of our bodies which we can’t live without. We’re not able to see the link between the dysfunction in our lives and the overuse of gadgets.

Interacting with technology has become a compulsive behavior that is similar to substance abuse. This is escapist behavior to avoid dealing with our own emotions. We have found a constant noise which helps us block the voice inside our heads. This is an easy way to distract yourself and avoid introspecting about things which really matter. Next time notice if you’re habitually checking your phone every five-ten minutes even if there is no notification.

Relationship breakdown - Lack of intimacy, absolute disconnection with the partner, living like strangers are all common occurrences in relationships now, thanks to the advent of smartphones. Even when we’re together we like to watch TV and go for movies. The anxiety we feel when our phone’s battery is running out is higher than what we feel when the battery of our relationships start running out. Boundaries have been blurred by the oversharing of information through social media.

Our senses are constantly active and are bombarded with information left, right, and center. We don’t realize that everything we see and hear on social media has a context, and if we fail to realize this context correctly then it creates unnecessary excitation in our minds. And, we get addicted to this excitation. We keep going back to it until we’re mentally spent and exhausted. We live in a zombieland, hypnotized by our make- belief digital worlds, walking, eating, and resting with our heads bent and eyes fixated on our smartphones. Our emotions are numbed as if we have checked out from our own bodies. We develop behavioral and sleep disorders. We’re now living for the likes and dislikes that we get on social media for our posts. That is our achievement now. Can you imagine what will happen if someone kidnapped your phone for a week? I think we would be ready to kill for our true love. Doesn’t it seem like the script of the next blockbuster movie?

Social media has become a validation platform where everyone is flaunting made-up images about their lives. We dress up and plaster ourselves with makeup to click a picture which we can then post on Instagram. The moment we check into a new place, the update has to go up on Facebook. We talk on Snapchat or make a TikTok video at any given free time. Self-worth is now derived from the number of likes and comments that our posts generate. We know too much about each other, which restaurant we’re at, where we went for our last vacation, our latest fitness regime, our promotion at work, our new car, or the interior décor of our home. These images from our lives just show a part of the story, but not the whole reality. We show people the happy bits while hiding the sadness. And, this raises the bar of superficiality. We have become hyper-connected, and as a result, we’re getting disconnected from ourselves and from others. We underestimate the different kinds of influences we have from social media. When we see our favorite actors endorse some products it makes us want to have those products. We assume that if we also flaunt those same products on social media it will get us followers and subscribers. Each of us is trying to up our living standard to keep up with others. These days, relationships and friendships ean nothing as compared to the need to show off.

A lot of content on the internet promotes bullying and body shaming. From standup comedies to independent videos to social media posts, these platforms are filled with vicious people who troll others mercilessly. These anonymous internet trolls have no moral barriers, and they say hurtful things about content creators to insult and incite. Things which were once thought of as culturally inappropriate have come out into the open and into our living rooms. Victims of cyberbullying are humiliated and shamed in front of the entire world. Our concept of fitness, beauty, health, success, happiness has become completely distorted, thanks to all the edited photos doing the rounds on the internet. This has led to an increased rate of depression all over the world. A research has revealed that more that 95% of us use technology in the hour before going to bed. This makes it tougher for us to fall asleep. Overuse of technology has become the leading cause of poor sleep which has severe consequences like weight gain, depression, anxiety, and ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder). Those who are incapable of using technology are also prone to anxiety because a lot of work in the world is now done solely through technological means. But the people who are compulsively overusing technology are more prone to anxiety than those who don’t use it at all. This concludes that we all need to know how to use technology, but we shouldn’t submit to it like slaves.

We have lost the ability to sit and focus. With so many distractions around us these days, we have become habitual multi-taskers. We think we’re getting a lot done, however with an unfocused mind, we’re not being as effective as we think. On the other hand, our abilities to comprehend, understand, and then act has reduced. Imagine that you’re trying to complete an urgent task on your laptop, but you’re being constantly bombarded with emails, IMs, text messages, calls, notifications, etc. It will be impossible for you to concentrate on the task at hand. Children are being overexposed to technology since their infancy now. A one-year-old these days has a tablet that she can interact with all day. Parents use this as a tool to keep their toddlers engaged so that they don’t bother them. It’s easy for children to get exposed to mature content online, and be negatively influenced by it.

Addictions don’t necessarily mean substance abuse. A fixation on any one thing or activity is a kind of addiction too, where our minds constantly desire instant gratification from that particular object or task. The good news is that no matter how badly you’re addicted, you can always have a complete remission. It’s time to hit the reset button in order to achieve the union of mind and body. We need to create a healthy balance by staying in the grey area and not swinging to either extremes of not using technology at all or using it excessively. The exercise given below will give you a good start, but you’ll need to be truthful in answering these questions.

1. Goal Setting: The picture given below shows the most prominent aspects of life. A healthy life can only come about when all these facets are in order. Decide how much time you wish to allocate to each of these areas in your life, and at what time of the day. 2 .More likely than not you will be surprised to see how much valuable time you spend on your devices, time which you could have used to do useful things. You can get an accurate idea of the time you spend on social media through some apps that can be downloaded from the internet. 3. Once you have filled your day with goals that are important to you, think about how much time you’re left with to spare for technology or social media. 4. You may realize that you can free up a significant amount of time by cutting down the time you spend on technological distractions. Now think about the important activity that you have been postponing for days because you thought you didn’t have enough time. You can reorganize your daily schedule now, and fit in important tasks.

Develop habits instead of making goals. Because success comes with consistent efforts to practice habits and let’s call them rituals. Whether you are an entrepreneur or a corporate person or a homemaker, it’s very important to take care of ourselves and love ourselves. Self-care doesn’t need to be an earthquake in our life, its breeze which can change our life. Let’s try doing marginal adjustments in our lifestyle and follow these 12 habits, one for each month.

Practice affirmation- Just one minute a day, write a liner or so that makes you feel good, makes you feel accomplished, and read it, feel it happening and visualize it. It’s easy and simple, but be consistent, and then eventually it becomes the truth of your life. The law of attraction starts working for you and your subconscious mind starts working in that direction thus leads to actual accomplishment. S-T-R-E-T-C-H- It's ok if your schedule does not allow you to dedicate specific time for exercise and fitness. While sitting on the office chair, stretch a little, while cooking try some exercises, do 5 sets of 10- second holds where you sit up tall, place your hands behind your head, lift your chest and treat yourself to a muscle relaxing self-massage.

Smell the roses- It does not mean that you have to buy roses and smell them, it means spend few minutes amongst nature, listen to the chirping of birds, watch the sky, I love counting the airplanes going by, look at the shapes of leaves, look at nature and feel blessed. It calms our mind, heart, and soul then refreshing us to bang on the day.

Float- Have you tried this ever, the simple act of floating in water relieves pain and stress. It's not necessary to go to the beach or a swimming pool to do this, even at your home in a bathtub try doing this and you will see the difference.

Keep the child in you alive- Recall when you were a child, there was no ego, no hatred, no jealousy, no competition. Let that child in you be alive always and let go of these things, do what you love to do, stop thinking what the world will think of you. Enjoy your present and stop regretting the past or overthinking about the future.

Don’t run after perfection rather go for completion- Be who you are, accept yourself, there is always a scope of improvement but stop making it perfect, because by the time you will feel that it’s perfect, it will be too late. So keep completing the tasks and move on. Don’t overstress yourselves in trying to do what is not meant to be.

Be a learner- Even if you have completed your education you still have a lot more to be explored. Try to dive into something new which you know nothing about, generate that curiosity, and see eventually you will grow.

Solo travel- Have you tried this ever? Just a solo drive in beautiful weather away from gadgets and looking at the scenic view gives a halt in the marathon of life that we are running into.

Declutter- By this I mean any declutter, it could your drawer, your fridge, your closet, your garage or even getting away from negative people who are there in your life but just to criticize you or laugh at you.

Friendship Goals- We all have our childhood buddies and it feels young at heart when we connect with them, gossip or chit chat about others, refresh those funny and silly moments of our childhood. Relive those moments and feel the difference.
