How would you define beauty?
How would you empower women?
To me someone’s physical appearance does not define beauty. There are a lot of pretty people out there but once you get to know their personality they are so ugly on the inside that it diminishes their physical appearance. Someone who is truly beautiful has that beauty on the inside and outside. They have a big heart, care about others, and are kind. This magnifies their external appearance and makes them truly beautiful.
Strong women build up other women. There is no room for comparison or negativity. The world is cruel enough. When women band together and build on each other’s strengths and help cover each other’s weaknesses they are unstoppable. I always make a point to find something I can say to encourage every woman I interact with. You never know who is having a difficult day and needs some positive words in their life to encourage them to keep moving forward with their goals and dreams. If you had a magic wand what would you change in this world? I would wipe out hunger. To me there is nothing worse than being hungry and not having food to eat. I would use my magic wand to give everyone food. 11.

Your fitness and health secret?
I do HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workouts five times a week. Mostly I have to give credit to the fact my boys are extremely active and I spend a great deal of energy chasing them around and playing with them. They keep me fit. “A kind word never broke anyone’s mouth.” –Irish Proverb 13. Inspirational special message to BGN readers?
