When we opt for fitness regime we often forget one thing which affects our body the most — mental health. Mental health is far most important aspect to be fair it is the first rule towards a fit and healthy lifestyles. The peace of your mind is a valuable treasure. The moment you lose your peace of mind or any one intrudes it, it starts affecting your health and lifestyle. Things change within your surroundings. Significant changes occur in your bodily functions as well. If you are experiencing some sort of sadness or something is causing you stress then your mind tends to function more. Your sleep patterns are affected. The thing which is messing up with your brain tends to keep you awake at nights. Rapid stressed out feelings also tend to cause rapid weight loss or gain. Either way it is not healthy at all. Mental health should be considered as the first step towards a fit and healthy lifestyle. When your mind’s at peace you appear fresh, satisfied and contended. Fitness is not a race. It’s a process. Long, tiring process. Consistency is the key to achieve this goal. And ignorance is it’s only downfall. Listen to your body and you’ll never be disappointed.
