5.1 Coordinate speakers to present best practices for anti-crime strategies annually at internal All Staff meetings. 5.2 Research and present best practices to engage youth at-risk of committing crimes in order to reduce juvenile crime annually. 5.3 Establish partnerships with other agencies on juvenile and adult diversion programs. Present ideas/findings at an All Staff meeting. 5.5 Research and evaluate implementation of Crime Prevention through Environmental Design (CPTED) principles for Fort Worth by FY19. Work with the Planning and Development Department to determine feasibility. 5.6 Work with NPOs to identify areas of blight and coordinate with other city departments to address those conditions in every police division. 5.4 Market ride-along programs quarterly.
