Proposed Organizational Chart The following organizational chart updates the existing structure to include an Executive Assistant Chief that will assist the Chief with overall departmental administrative responsibilities. Additionally, the proposed new positions enable the Chief to spend more time across every level of the organization (and in the community) to share our vision. The new organizational structure is expected to be implemented by mid-FY18.
