IMPLEMENTATION OF SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT POLICY
Notice is hereby issued in terms of section 21A of the Municipal Systems Act (Act 32 of 2000) that the quarterly implementation report of the Drakenstein Municipal Council’s Supply Chain Management Policy, for the period 1 July 2023 to 30 September 2023, is available for public inspection at all municipal offices and libraries of Drakenstein Municipality, as well as on the Municipality’s website at www.drakenstein.gov.za . TO ALL SUPPLIERS OF DRAKENSTEIN MUNICIPALITY
Drakenstein Municipality requires all suppliers to complete a declaration of interest form which must be returned to the Supply Chain Management Division, Drakenstein Municipality, PO Box 1, Paarl, 7620, or via e-mail to supplychain@drakenstein.gov.za . Declaration of interest forms can be downloaded from www.drakenstein.gov.za or be requested from Byron Julies at telephone number 021 807 4690 . All suppliers who intend on doing business with the Municipality must comply with this notice. The Municipality would like to acknowledge that the information obtained from suppliers will be used for the sole purpose of complying with legislative requirements.
