Customer Service Our Customer Service department is largely responsible for ensuring and delivering an exceptional customer experience for both our customers and internal customers. We believe our customers are our biggest stakeholder and our most important asset. We are actively responsible for ensuring our company values (Quality, Safety, Integrity, Working Together, Communication, Trust and Responsibility) are incorporated in all that we do and to everyone we interact with by adopting our motto

‘the customer is everyone around me’

Other objectives involve promoting and sharing best practice and providing guidance to other departments to ensure service excellence.

We diligently and critically monitor all feedback from our review channels to ensure Rendall and Rittner are positively represented. We strive to be proactive to mitigate against complaints, ensure our Service Level Agreements are adhered to and diligently strive to devise strategic ways of turning negative customer experiences into customer delight.
