Thin Sublimer

1. Thin Sublimer is a roll of sublimer that is thin enough so that you can cut it with a vinyl cutter.

2. These instructions are just an indication and may differ, it all depends on how new your blade is.

3. Test cuts are always recommended before you cut your design.

4. We cut it with a new Auto Blade on these settings: 8 Passes Speed 9 Blade 10 Force 26

5. To sublimate on the thin sublimer, you set your press to 185°C for 45 seconds. Medium to high pressure

6. Let the glossy side of the sublimer face the print, and line it up. Now turn it around so that the print is on top, then secure it with heat tape from the print to the Teflon sheet on the base of your press. DO NOT put heat tape directly onto the Sublimer.

7. Press the sublimer for 45 seconds

8. When time is up, work very quickly, immediately remove the print, lift the sublimer from the Teflon sheet and put it upside down on a table (printed side facing the table), and put a heavy object on top, like one pack (ream) of copy paper and let it cool down.
