Aerial Yoga and mindfulness classes are for Girl Scouts of all ages. Our amazing staff will individualize each 55-minute class based on your unique needs or badge requirements. The workshop cost includes an aerial yoga fun patch! These activities are also a great tie in with the GSUSA Resilient. Ready. Strong. patch program.

Badge Steps Offered: Brownie Snacks, Junior Simple Meals, Cadette New Cuisines, Senior Locavore, and Ambassador Dinner Party. Scrub goodbye to skin care chemicals! Girls will learn fun, easy do-it-yourself body care using oils, foods, and everyday ingredients you can find at home.
