Sale Order: Cattle will sell in catalog order. Supplement Sheet: A supplement sheet will be available sale day including scrotal mea- surements and updated information. Two-Year Breeding Guarantee: We guarantee all of our bulls to be fertile and sound for their first two breeding seasons. All bulls will pass a breeding soundness exam before delivery. This guarantee does not cover death and is void if improper management is apparent. Year one through October 1, 2026: We will provide a back-up bull or credit the full cost of the bull minus salvage value to the next year’s sale. Example: You pay $5,000 for a bull and an injury occurs. The bull pounds out for $1,200. You receive a sale credit of $3,800. Year two, October 1, 2026 – October 1, 2027: One-third of the full cost of the bull minus salvage value will be credited towards next year’s sale. Example: You pay $5,000 for a bull and an injury occurs. He pounds out for $1,200. You would receive a sale credit of $1,266. Retained Interest: We are retaining 1/3 revenue sharing semen interest on all bulls in the sale. Delivery and Boarding: Bull Option 1: We will provide free keep on the bulls until mid-April and deliver them free to surrounding states. For further distances bulls will be delivered at a fair price to central locations. Bull Option 2: We will provide free keep on the bulls until June 1st if picked up from the ranch. Bull Option 3: Receive a $200 sale credit on any bulls picked up on sale day. Females: Transportation for the bred females can be arranged with the buyer responsible for the delivery cost.

Phone Bidding: If you wish to bid on the phone you may contact Brad or any of the sale staff to discuss different options. We will contact any successful absentee bidders the day after the bull sale for purchase conformation and delivery arrangements. Announcements: Announcements from the auction block will take precedence over any infomration contained in the catalog.
