ENGAGEMENT While CREA employees heard from a handful of speakers in the DEI space, 2022 came with opportunities to hear from developer partners on the impact that they’re making in affordable housing and the communities they serve. One of our speakers in 2022 was Van Fox , President of MHT Housing (pictured below, left) , who spoke with us live from MHT’s new M Training Center. This new center offers residents and community members:

Inclusion Advisory Council (IAC)

• Hands-on learning experience • Tuition-free education • Opportunity to earn a completion grant • Fully functioning kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and heating/cooling system for comprehensive training purposes

• Daycare services • One-month internship, with the ability to move into a full-time job with benefits from strategic partnerships • Connections with community colleges and ministers
