Smart City Leadership Masterclass Programme I-KPKT, Bukit Tinggi, Pahang 27 November 2024
In collaboration with the Local Government Development Training Institute (i-KPKT), MIGHT organised a two-day training programme for executive committee members, local councils, and town planners from local authorities across Malaysia. The training aimed to provide insights into the smart city initiatives led by the Ministry of Housing and Local Government (KPKT) and its agencies. A total of 28 participants engaged in five key modules, which focused on smart city empowerment and development, smart city indicator ratings, the smart blueprint/action plan process, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and smart governance. Experts from KPKT, MIGHT, PLANMalaysia, and the Malaysia Smart Cities Alliance (MSCA) Exco shared their knowledge and insights in the sessions. The training also included a technology visit to the Putrajaya Command Centre (PCC) and the My5G Portal at Digital National Berhad.
