Scenario Planning Training for Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) TNB Integrated Learning Solution - ILSAS 23 - 24 July 2024
The two-day training session brought together representatives from various departments of Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB), including Government & Large Business (GLB), Solutions, Strategy, TNBX Sdn Bhd, and SME & Residential. The aim was to provide participants with hands-on experience and enhance their understanding of scenario planning concepts and methodologies. Participants were guided through a structured 10-step Scenario Planning process, which enabled them to explore and analyse potential future scenarios centred on the theme of “The Future Energy Consumer.”
The three key scenarios examined were:
1. The Future of Sustainable Solution Trends in the Manufacturing Sector
2. Foresight Study: The Future of the Energy Market
3. The Future of Renewable Energy and Consumer Behaviour This training will equip participants with essential knowledge and practical tools to effectively apply scenario planning within their respective domains and support strategic decision-making across TNB.
