2024 reaffirmed MIGHT’s role as a trusted source of strategic advice to government and industry. With a focus on strengthening Malaysia’s high-tech competitiveness, we delivered insights and policy recommendations across key sectors including shipbuilding and ship repair (SBSR), aerospace, rail, and space. Our collaboration with the Qatar Research, Development and Innovation Council (QRDI) expanded MIGHT’s foresight footprint internationally, while domestically, we enhanced our monitoring and analytics of Malaysia’s high-technology performance. By aligning sectoral intelligence with national aspirations, we continue to shape informed decisions and steer Malaysia’s journey toward becoming a high-tech, innovation-driven nation.
