High-Tech Marketing Trilogy Strategy with Iwan Setiawan MIGHT Partnership Hub, Cyberjaya 11 June 2024 MIGHT hosted an engaging and thought-provoking session by Iwan Setiawan, CEO of Markplus Inc., on the High-Tech Marketing Trilogy Strategy. Iwan Setiawan, a distinguished marketing strategist, has co-authored several globally acclaimed marketing books alongside renowned experts Philip Kotler and Hermawan Kartajaya. These include Marketing 3.0: From Products to Customers to the Human Spirit (2010), Marketing 4.0: Moving from Traditional to Digital (2017), Marketing 5.0: Technology for Humanity (2021), and the latest, Marketing 6.0: The Future is Immersive (2023). The session was attended by 58 MIGHT members, featuring participants from leading organisations such as PETRONAS, Tenaga Nasional Berhad, TELEKOM Malaysia, UMW, Malaysia Rubber Board, Datasonic, AT&T, and others. The discussion emphasised how digital marketing has revolutionised business-consumer interactions. As the industry evolves, there is a growing shift towards creating immersive, human-centric experiences through “phygital” strategies and blending physical and digital engagement. This transformation is increasingly driven by the integration of data and AI to anticipate, personalise, and fulfil customer expectations in a competitive digital environment.
