*Example 1: For a Marketing Executive who ended June with a Director 6 Organization Volume of ₱900,000, the next step is Director 7. So, when they enroll 4 new Members in July, their Pacesetter clock resets and their next target and payout would be Director 7 in August, then Director 8 in September, and so on. *Example 2: For a Marketing Executive who is not yet a Director 3 and currently has a Director 2 Organization Volume of ₱100,000, the first step will be to reach Director 3. Their new advancement timeline would be Director 3 in August and Director 4 in October.

Qualifying Marketing Executives must achieve organization growth of at least +1 in the month of your first advancement or re-advancement. Marketing Executives will receive the payout after they maintain each new Status or Commission Rate for 3 consecutive months from the month of advancement or readvancement. Mentoring bonuses will not be applicable for this incentive.

Don’t overthink or over plan—your first step is simple: Enroll 4 new Members in July to qualify. This is required in all cases, so make it your top priority. Then, rally your entire team to do the same. Momentum starts with action! 2. Advance in July. Although the first official timeline is in August, advancing this month gives you a powerful one-month head start on your new Pacesetter clock. Don’t wait—every week counts! 3. There’s no limit—keep earning! Once you qualify, you’ll have a few months to maximize your rewards. Payouts start at Director 2 and go all the way to Senior Director, so aim high and see how many bonuses you can earn between now and October!
