Offer Submission • Craft an offer based on the property and your needs, including: • Price • Timeline • Earnest Money • Contingencies - Financial, Appraisal, Inspection, Home Sale. • Submit a written offer in the form of a Florida Association of Realtors ® (FAR) Purchase and Sale Agreement. Negotiation of Terms • Present your offer to the listing agent, which is either accepted, rejected, or responded to with a counteroffer. • If needed, negotiate contract terms.
