When I started, I had many doubts about myself. Being a timid person, I never thought I would become a perfume seller and a recruiting machine. Confidence is not something you are born with; it is something you build one brave step at a time. My journey with INUKA has been one of Growth, Belief and Transformation. But as I began learning more about the products and consistently sharing the business with others, my confidence slowly started to grow. I realised that I was not just selling perfumes, but sharing products that make people feel confident and beautiful, and a business that can change lives, just as it changed mine. What helped me reach this level of success was consistency and belief. Doing the Travel Challenges every year since 2022 has been the secret formula to the success and growth in my team. These challenges demand that you dig deep within yourself to make it. Even when things felt slow or challenging, I kept showing up and taking action. I also surrounded myself with positive people who believed in the vision and encouraged one another to keep growing.

Being recognised as one of the Top 25 Business Leaders for the second time is incredibly humbling, especially because the competition in 2025 was very strong. Botswana is a beautiful country with a population of around two million people. Standing among the Top 25 out of hundreds of thousands of INUKA Members makes me proud to represent my country. I hope this achievement shows others in Botswana, and in other small-population countries, that it is possible for them too.
