ANNUAL ACHIEVERS 2025 Rainbow Reward
The Rainbow Challenge is an extra cash reward guaranteed to every Member who reaches the annual target for one or more of the Rainbow Categories. The challenge is designed to encourage and motivate Leaders to continuously grow and empower the Members in their groups. Achieving Members will receive R13,000 for each of the following 4 categories :
PERSONAL SALES
1 200 Personal PV
GROUP SALES
40 000 Group PV
For every 40 000 Group PV the achieving Member must have at least 3 personally introduced Members who each earn a Volume Rebate in the July 2025 – December 2025 INUKA Sales Months (6months) Example:
• 40,000 Group PV = 3 Personally Introduced Volume Rebate Earners • 80,000 Group PV = 6 Personally Introduced Volume Rebate Earners • 120,000 Group PV = 9, and so on.
RECRUITING
14 Newly introduced Members as from 7 January 2025 who maintain Senior or beyond status for any 2 months by 6 January 2026
PROMOTING
Promote 4 Members who had a New Member Status on 7 January 2025 to maintain Ruby or beyond Status for any 2 months by 6 January 2026
BONUS 1 Every Member who successfully achieves all 4 Rainbow Categories will receive an additional R22,000 bonus. Example: Achieve all 4 Pillars once = R22,000 | Achieve all 4 Pillars twice = R44,000, and so on. (E.g. If a Member achieves 3 x Personal PPV, 2 x Group PV, 4x Recruiting, and 1 x Promoting Rainbow Reward, they will qualify for only one bonus cheque of R22,000, as the Promoting Rainbow Reward was only achieved once.
BONUS 2 Earn an extra R13,000 Bonus for every Rainbow Category achieved twice or more. (E.g. 2 400 PPV = R26 000 | 28 Maintaining Seniors = R26 000 | 120 000 GPV & 9 personally introduced Members that each earn a Volume Rebate from July 2025 - December 2025 = R39 000)
