AURORA ABLE TO SUPPLY THE DEMAND Canada’s largest licensed cannabis producer is reassuring investors that the company is not “sold out” of product, and will be “more than able” to simultaneously meet demand for recreational weed while also servicing its medicinal and international markets. Aurora raked in $29.7 million in revenue in the three months ending September 30, approximately $10 million more than in the previous quarter, and a 260 percent increase over the same period last year. While most of that revenue came from the sale of medicinal cannabis, the company also earned $600,000 from initial shipments of recreational cannabis to provincial wholesalers carried out in the last two weeks of September. Company executives are under scrutiny about their ability to meet the demand for recreational cannabis, which has over- whelmed provincial suppliers, as well as the few brick-and-mortar private retail stores across the country, all of whom have struggled with both delivering product in a timely manner to consumers and restocking their own shelves.

Cam Battley, Aurora’s chief corporate officer assures customers that they are “ramping up” and will be able to better supply the growing demand for cannabis at all channels soon.

STRESS CAN LEAD TO BAD PERSONAL AND FINANCIAL DECISIONS Financial matters are one of the leading causes of stress among adults. Chronic Stress is typically caused by this accumulation of stress from a high-pressured job combined with strain from other parts of life, such as family demands, health concerns and/or ongoing social challenges. According to the Global Organization of Stress, 75 percent of the U.S. adult population is living with chronic stress. This condition of chronic stress is a major contributor to not only mental and physical illness, but also for poor judgment when it comes to financial decision-making and why it is key to pay attention to how stress caused by everyday life affects your decisions both personally and financially and to seek professional advice if you find that you are having trouble dealing with stress levels.
