Construction On-site activities play a crucial role in the construction process of any interior design scheme. This phase focuses on ensuring that the design is accurately executed on-site to the highest of standards and that any issues that arise are addressed promptly. We fully record this stage of the construction phase through on site minutes and photographs. The team make regular visits to site to ensure that the construction is progressing according to the design plan and schedule. We monitor the quality of work, making sure contractors follow drawings, specifications, and ensure that design is being built as agreed and signed off by our clients. This helps identify and resolve any issues before they become major problems. As experienced designers we are able to think and act quickly on-site and make decisions to either avoid problems moving forward or resolve an on-site issue. During the construction process, the designer monitors the installation of materials, finishes, and furnishings to confirm that they meet the required standards and quality expectations. We regularly collaborate and build a rapour with various trades on-site which allows for a fully coordinated build process. On-site activities are crucial for the smooth execution of an interior design project. Effective coordination, problem-solving, and quality control are key to making sure that the design comes to life as intended, and that any challenges are handled efficiently. The on-site phase ensures that the project stays on track, on budget, and aligns with the original design vision.
