Happy start to a brand-new season at the Resort! It ’ s wonderful to see everyone returning, reconnecting, and bringing energy back to our community. Our Welcome Back Social was a huge hit — thank you to everyone who came out to kick off the season in style! From the sizzling Fajitas Night to the crowd-favorite Stanley ’ s Butler Band, it ’ s already shaping up to be a fantastic year of great food and fun gatherings. We ’ re also thrilled to share more about our upcoming 2026 New Year ’ s Eve Celebration , a festive evening designed to bring our community together as we ring in the new year. The event will be held on Wednesday, December 31st, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the ES Ballroom , with the bar opening early at 4:00 p.m. Guests will enjoy delicious food stations from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m., followed by live entertainment from The FM Experience featuring Tarah Jade from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Dinner will be catered by La Palma Café and features a beautifully crafted menu, including carved prime rib, silky Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus with shaved Parmesan, and a decadent raspberry cheesecake dessert. Tickets are $40 per person — a wonderful value for an elegant evening of dining, music, and celebration.
