Flight of 16 teams Any players after 15 will play in a one day play off for the final spot on June 4 th . F ORMING OF T EAMS : Make your own team. Teams can be made up of two women, or mixed (a man and a woman). P AIRINGS AND S TARTING T IMES : Matches make their own times and pairings.
