2025 GMF Annual Impact Report

LETTER FROM THE BOARD CHAIR

Dear Great Meadow Community,

ship Program and Heritage Club, our new Annual Membership Program. These programs create meaningful opportunities for businesses, families, and individuals to deepen their connection to Great Meadow while helping us sustain the land, facilities, and events that make this place so special. Adding to our new ventures, we are eager to welcome the world to Great Meadow next June for the inaugural Four Nations Cup, a premier international polo event that will showcase both the beauty of our grounds and the excellence of our equestrian heritage. It is a prime example of how Great Meadow continues to evolve while remaining true to its founding vision. On behalf of the Board of Trustees, I want to express my sincere thanks to each of you - our supporters, sponsors, members, and friends. Your generosity ensures that Great Meadow continues to thrive as a gathering place for sport, celebration, and community. Together, we are preserving not only a piece of open space but a shared spirit of connection and tradition.

As we reflect on the close of 2025, I am deeply proud of all that Great Meadow has achieved this year, and profoundly grateful for the dedication of those who make it possible. Our Board of Trustees, staff, volunteers, donors, and community partners have worked tirelessly to sustain this extraordinary landscape and expand its impact forward. This year was one of growth, collaboration, and long-term vision. With new leadership and management in place, Great Meadow has continued to strengthen its operations, diversify its programming, and invest in critical infrastructure that supports our mission of open space preservation and community engagement. Together, we have not only maintained the high standards that define Great Meadow but also laid the groundwork for exciting new initiatives. A highlight of 2025 was the inaugural 40th Anniversary Gala, which brought together friends, supporters, and community leaders to celebrate four decades of Great Meadow. Thanks to your generosity, the event raised over $600,000, directly supporting the preservation of our fields, facilities, and programs. We are thrilled to continue this tradition with the 2026 Gala on October 3, another opportunity to celebrate our legacy and future. The Board has also been focused on ensuring that Great Meadow remains financially strong and strategically positioned for the years ahead. To that end, we are excited to launch two cornerstone initiatives for 2026: the Annual Corporate Sponsor-

We are at the highest point we've been since 2002. Congratulations to everyone!
