In this interactive workshop, participants will explore simple, science-backed strategies to reduce and manage stress in daily life. Through guided mindfulness exercises, breathing techniques, gentle movement, and reflective discussion, you’ll learn how to calm your mind, relax your body, and reset your nervous system. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed or simply seeking more balance, this session will help you create a personalized stress management toolkit to support greater peace, focus, and resilience. Holiday Mindfulness Tip: The Holiday season is a great time to gift ourselves a quick 2-minutes mindfulness break. One way to do this is with the following breathing technique: Box Breathing: Breathing in and out through the nose: inhale for 4, hold for 4, exhale for 4, hold for 4. Repeat for 1-2 minutes or more. Holiday Versions: Use this Box Breathing while 1. Admiring the lights on the tree - focus on one branch, keep the field of focus small, and see how many details you can notice. 2. Enjoying a cup of coffee or cocoa – notice the feel of the cup in your hand, the temperature of the drink, the taste and smell. 3. Wrapping a gift – notice the feel of the paper, the sound it makes, the texture of the bow, the various colors, perhaps bring to mind the person you are giving the gift to.
