NEW STRINGING SERVICE
We are pleased to introduce RacquetPass, our new racquet-stringing service designed to enhance and streamline your experience with the Racquets De- partment. As many of you know, restringing a racquet is not only necessary when a string breaks, proper tension plays a major role in improving power, control, and, importantly, injury prevention. Our stringing operation continues to grow, and one frequent question we receive is: “What was my racquet strung at last time?” Due to limitations of the previous system, we were not always able to provide that infor- mation. With RacquetPass, all of your stringing history will now be stored and easily accessible, allowing our pros and desk staff to make informed, personalized recommendations based on your past setups. How it works: Simply bring your racquet to the Pro Shop and let our desk staff know your preferred strings and tension. They will enter the request for you through the RacquetPass system, and you will receive text or email updates once your racquet is completed and ready for pickup. RacquetPass supports tennis stringing as well as grips and accessories, providing faster turnaround, clear communication, and a more streamlined member experience. We believe this service aligns perfectly with our com- mitment to innovating and elevating the racquets pro- gram, and we hope you enjoy this added convenience throughout the year.
