Negotiations & Acceptance

• Facilitate executing the sales contract • Provide attorney referrals (if requested) • Send executed contract to all parties expediently • Receive and manage earnest money • Facilitate access for the buyer and their licensed home inspector • Mediate or negotiate any issues raised by the inspection • Meet buyer’s lender’s appraiser and provide comparable properties • Monitor contract deadlines and purchase contingencies
