We Will: • Provide moving company and cleaning service referrals • Advise on utility shut off times and mail forwarding • Schedule the final walk-through of the property • Choreograph closing/moving out of existing property and gaining access to move into the new property • Offer referrals for a stager or designer to give guidance on furniture layout in your new home • Attend closing and transfer keys to new owners
