PEARLAND EARLY LEARNERS Children who participate in high-quality early learning experiences are better prepared for success in kindergarten and beyond. Children will learn the basics of writing, math, science, reading experiences and also nature adventures. A minimum of five must register seven days prior to class date. Wednesday, September 14 – December 7, 8:30 – 10:30 a.m. $400 resident / $500 nonresident 4.5 – 6 years WPCC WIGGLES & GIGGLES Come share ‘Fun Time’ with your child who will be introduced to the educational activity ‘Warm-Up’ plus enjoy a playful ‘Balloon Game.’ Then, the interactive free play time will begin where new playmates will be made. Your child will have the opportunity to develop motor and memory skills in the ‘Learning Stations.’ Throughout the class time, your little ones will build confidence in their movements and self-expression as they catch ‘bubbles’ and learn to sing the ‘Good-bye Song.’ PARENT PARTICIPATION IS REQUIRED. Young children will have hands-on experience with making fun, surprisingly good-for-you snacks. Children will find this a fun learning experience that incorporates healthy eating habits and working together. Please notify the instructor at the first class meeting of any food allergies your child may have. PARENT PARTICIPATION IS REQUIRED. BALLET/TAP Students will get an introduction to the basics of ballet and tap combined into one class! Students will learn body alignment and control while building self-confidence and toning muscles. Girls should wear a black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet slippers and tap shoes. Boys, should wear black shorts and a white t-shirt.
