Is the LAN 1- 4 LED status blinking green or off? BLINKING GREEN – This means the device is working correctly and sending or receiving data to/from the LAN. OFF – This means the device does not have an Ethernet connection with the LAN. If your devices are connected via WiFi, this is fine, otherwise please try a different ethernet cable. Is the 2.4G WLAN/WPS LED status blinking green, amber or off? BLINKING GREEN – This means the device is working correctly and communicating with 2.4GHz WiFi client. BLINKING AMBER – This means the device is attempting to setup connect a new client via WPS. OFF – This means the link is down or disabled. Press and hold the WiFi button for at least 2secs Is the 5G WLAN/WPS LED status blinking green, amber or off? BLINKING GREEN – This means the device is communicating with 5GHz WiFi client. BLINKING AMBER – The means the device is attempting to setup connect a new client via WPS. OFF – This means the link is down or disabled. Press and hold the WiFi button for at least 2secs. Return the Hub to factory default settings Reset the device by holding the RESET button for 15 seconds while the device is turned on.
Is the Power LED status solid/blinking red or off? SOLID GREEN – This means the device is working correctly. SOLID RED - This means the device detected an error while self-testing, or there is a device malfunction. Please contact us via our Customer Portal. BLINKING RED - This means the device is upgrading firmware. Please leave the device plugged in and wait for the upgrade to complete OFF – This means the device is not working. Please check your power cable and make sure the ON/OFF switch is pressed in. Is the DSL/Ethernet WAN LED status blinking green fast or slow? SOLID GREEN – This means the device is working correctly and the DSL is in sync. BLINKING SLOW - This means the device is looking for a VDSL or ADSL link. Please wait 5mins and check whether the light’s gone solid green. If not, ensure the DSL cable is plugged in or try an alternative cable. BLINKING FAST - This means the device is initialising the VDSL or ADSL link. Please wait 5mins and check whether the light’s gone solid green. Is the Internet LED status blinking green, solid red or off? BLINKING GREEN – This means the device is working correctly and sending or receiving IP traffic. RED – This means that the device attempted to make an IP connection but failed. Possible causes are no response from a DHCP server, no PPPoE response, or PPPoE authentication failed. Please reboot the Hub. OFF – This means that there is no internet connection or the gateway is in bridged mode. Please reboot the Hub.
