Story LEADING EXAMPLE BY At Helping Hands Warwickshire, teamwork and support make all the difference—not just for our customers, but for our carers too. Susan Percival, a dedicated carer, wanted to express her gratitude to Ashley Watts, Claire Cox, and Dawn Wooton for their unwavering support and kindness. Ashley, our new Branch Care Manager in Stratford, goes the extra mile to ensure his team’s safety, even sending messages during bad weather to remind carers to take care on the roads. He also offers a compassionate ear, providing much needed support during emotional moments. Claire and Dawn work tirelessly behind the scenes, always ready with a quick response to any call or email, ensuring carers feel valued and supported. Susan shared, “Ashley, Claire, and Dawn go that extra mile to help us look after our clients. They are always there when we need them.
